Nevada Can Save the World

Nevada can save the planet... if we let it. Safe, clean, emission-free, sustainable nuclear energy will save the planet from global climate change and reduce our dependence on traditional energy sources. We must educate the public on nuclear energy, advocate for a storage and reprocessing plant in Nevada, and secure America’s carbon-free, energy-independent future.

The Yucca Mountain Project has had a divisive history. But it’s time to let the various studies and efforts to check its viability as a reprocessing plant for nuclear waste move forward. By creating a safe, secure, central hub for nuclear material it will make nuclear plants across the country safer for everyone. If the site is deemed safe and clear, we must become a national leader in nuclear material storage. By letting Nevada own the waste, profit off of it, and become a hub for nuclear studies, reprocessing, and commerce, we could create a lasting environmental industry for Nevada and ignite a nuclear energy revolution to bring cheap, clean energy to the United States for generations to come.

By unlocking America’s nuclear future, we know that Nevada can save the world!
